- There are 6,679 places available across The FA Tesco Skills May 2010 Holiday Sessions.
- Each child must be between the ages of 5 and 11 years of age.
- Sessions are provided free of charge and participants partake in coaching sessions at their own risk.
- Each child must be registered to take part. Registrations can be made by our online booking website, at www.fa-tesco-skills.co.uk
- Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Children can only be booked on one session per day and no supervision will be given between the morning and afternoon sessions.
- No shows will lead to those Children not being able to participate in future.
- It is a legal requirement that every child must be signed in and out of each session by an appropriate adult. If a different adult is collecting the child, then this must be stated at the time of drop off.
- There will be no coaches or other responsible adults at the venue after the session so please ensure you collect your child promptly at the end of the session. Children should be dropped off no earlier than 20 minutes before the start of the session.
- Children are expected to be well behaved during sessions. Children who are unruly or disruptive during sessions may not be able to book on subsequent sessions.
- Children will not be allowed to attend a session if they have not booked a place in advance, please ensure you book within plenty of time.
- We aim to have a maximum of 16 children per Skills Coach to keep quality levels high.
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before each session.
- Sessions last two hours, either 10am to 12pm, 1pm to 3pm or 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Sessions are run by FA qualified coaches and will cover basic football skills.
- Participants must wear appropriate clothing, shin pads and footwear for the venue they have booked.
- By participating in the Session, participants consent to Tesco using their details in press and publicity materials.
- Tesco Stores Ltd reserves the right to change the date, time, and location of sessions. Sessions may be cancelled or re-scheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions or if the coach cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness). We will try to inform you of any changes in advance where it is practical to do so.
- Tesco Stores Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, claims or costs, however incurred, occurring or arising from the sessions, the use of any equipment supplied pursuant to the sessions, or by the failure of a participant to follow the instructions of session coaches. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude Tesco's liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
- Where there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms, Tesco Stores Ltd may legitimately refuse registration or participation in sessions.
- By participating in a Session entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules.
- Tesco Stores Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms at any time.
Tesco Football Roadshow
- Each participant must be between the ages of 5 and 11 years of age to take part in the Tesco Football Roadshow.
- Each participant must have her or his parent's or legal guardian's agreement that she or he may register for, and then if chosen take part in, the Roadshow and the parent or legal guardian must agree to these conditions, both on their own behalf and also on behalf of their child who is registering to take part.
- Each event is provided free of charge and participants participate in all activities at their own risk.
- Failure to cancel a Roadshow booking, for which a participant does not attend, may result in any future bookings being unsuccessful.
- Each participant must be registered to take part. Registrations can be made at our online booking website, at www.fa-tesco-skills.co.uk/road-show-signup, and can only be made with full agreement of each participant's parent or legal guardian.
- Participants can register their interest for a place at each Roadshow event from the 4th May. Places will be allocated on a randomly selected basis i.e. successful participants will be chosen at random by a computer generated draw system and notified via email as soon as they have registered if they are successful. Neither Tesco Stores Ltd nor Octagon Worldwide has any liability for failure to notify if participants provide incorrect email addresses.
- Participants can only register for one Roadshow event and parents or guardians will be required to supervise their children at all times during the event. Tesco Football Roadshow will not be responsible for supervising any participants before, during or after the event.
- There will be no coaches or other responsible adults at the venue after the session so please ensure that participants are collected promptly at the end of the session. Participants should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before the start of the session.
- Participants are expected to be well behaved during the Roadshow events. Participants who are unruly or disruptive during an event may be asked to leave.
- Participants will not be allowed to attend a Roadshow event if they have not been allocated a place prior to the event.
- We aim to have a maximum of 16 participants per Skills Coach to keep quality levels high.
- The opening hours of each Tesco Football Roadshow Event will be 10am – 5pm.
- Participants should ideally wear appropriate clothing and trainers for the Roadshow events.
- By participating in any of the Roadshow events, participants consent to Tesco using the details they provide when they enter for the Roadshow and any images of them participating in the event in press and publicity materials.
- Tesco Stores Ltd reserves the right to change the date, time, and location of Roadshow events. Events may be cancelled or re-scheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions or if the coach cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness). We will try to inform participants of any changes in advance where it is practical to do so.
- Neither Tesco Stores Ltd nor Octagon Worldwide shall be liable for any damages, claims or costs, however incurred, occurring or arising in relation to the Roadshow events, including the use of any equipment supplied pursuant to the events, or the failure of a participant to follow the instructions of any activity supervisors. Nothing in these terms shall exclude Tesco's or Octagon's liability for personal injury or death caused by its own negligence.
- Where there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms, Tesco Stores Ltd may legitimately refuse registration or participation in Roadshow events.
- By submitting an entry to a Roadshow event, each participant and his or her parent or guardian agrees to accept and be bound by these terms, and any other rules which may apply to particular activities at the Roadshow events.
- Tesco Stores Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms at any time.
